Scheduling

  • We accept new and returning clients year-round.

  • Please remember to schedule your sessions with me. During our first meeting we will establish a regular schedule that will be consistent week to week. Once you become a regular client I will keep that time set aside for you always. We do have some flexibility if we need to adjust one week because of other conflicts but I cannot guarantee rescheduling availability.

  • In the event of upcoming travel or conflicts please let me know as soon as possible so we can create an alternative program for you during that time.

  • Scheduled appointments are subject to change. I will always notify you in advance if anything is changed on our end. If you need to cancel an appointment I require 12 hours notice. Penalties include forfeiting a class from your class package.

What if I need to cancel my session?

  • Either email/text me with at least 12 hours notice and we can reschedule.

  • We require 12 hours notice before making any kind of changes to your schedule. That means you can cancel or change class times up to 12 hours before class start time without a fee or losing a class from your package.

  • In the event of defaulting with our 12 hour cancellation policy all clients authorize Elevated Forms to charge their card on file for any no show and late cancellation fees.

  • All sales are final. Classes are non-refundable, exchangeable or transferable.

  • Elevated Forms is not responsible for any bank overdraft fees.

  • All sessions must be prepaid.

  • Dance and/or Athletic wear is required for all in-person or in-studio sessions. Hair needs to be tied up away from the face.
